After completing a market evaluation on each business unit, Ultima Group designed and deployed high end web presences reflecting the organisation's own brand, the brand's represented and its market position throughout the UK & Europe. With an existing brand to be retained, our team also developed a complete visual identity package, bringing consistency and presence to offline marketing materials (the print of which was sourced and managed by Ultima Group).

Technology Solutions:
Ultima Group produced a bespoke system designed to aesthetically and effectively display the firm's pre-owned and new boat stock around Europe. Powered on a robust database, with secure administration by the client, the system allows complete boat specifications and image libraries to be indexed and managed. The system is fast, secure and now carries, at any one time, more than £10m in stock. This system has now become a crucial tool in Offshore Marine's boat sales strategy.

Ultima Group's advisors frequently engage with Offshore Marine evaluating the performance of the above strategies, while also discussing and reporting on new opportunities and technologies.
